MS5614/MS5614T is a 12bit four-channel output voltage DAC, the interface adopts four-wire serial port mode, can accommodate SPI, QSPI serial port.
The MS5614/MS5614T control data has 16 bits, including DAC address, control bytes, and 12bit DAC data. The power supply range is 2.7V to 5.5V. The resistor string output is connected to a Class AB output rail-to-rail buffer, whose gain is 6dB to amplify the output, and the output bufffer improves stability and reduces setup time. The MS5614/MS5614T has a power-down mode to optimize power consumption during operation.
MS5614 is in SOP16 package and MS5614T is in TSSOP16 package.
